I know what you mean tho, i posted on a he-man site owned by an ex publisher who only liked Ultra realistic artwork which i hated. despite lots of people likeing my style and work he still told me i was utter crap, and then i found out he was telling everyone who didnt draw the way he liked they were utter crap
i think it's great that theres art for everyone, it means we can all grow and not become a stagnant as Cough marvel Cough
