Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Transformers 3-D and journal update...

Mood: Eager

Transformers Dark of the Moon was pretty cool.

It was shot in 3D, and supposed to be pretty good, so I wanted to see it in the theaters in 3D.
It was worth it.

The movie was okay, Bay sure knows how to take some gorgeous shots, and it was pretty fun, but often dumb (hey, nothing new to the franchise), and oddly violent and mean, but it had some amazing visuals, and fantastically amazing 3D action, especially toward the end, that puts Inception to shame!!
It made me really hopeful that Zack Snyder could do some next level shit like that with Superman (here's hoping).

Been pretty quiet here and online, my PC died a couple weeks ago, and been busy with work (day job / non art) and other new time consuming things.
Gearing up for San Diego Comic-Con though, and trying to put together some cool stuff for that, and get my comic book and art stuff back on track!

I'd like to do NYCC (and Baltimore), but need to drum up some $$ if I'm going to make either of those happen.
